Hello, my name is Teresa and I have been a complementary therapist for over 20 years and offer the following treatments:

My practice is based in Layer de la Haye near Colchester on the B1026 (one mile from Bannatynes/Kingsford Park) and is easily accessible from the A12.
My aim is to make clients feel more relaxed and stress free from the day to day struggles of modern life through a variety of treatments. So if you're not sure what may suit you or what you will enjoy, or unsure what a particular therapy is, do please call, text or email and I will do my best to help.
I will never pressure you into re-booking, I will let you request another appointment, so please don't ever think that once you've been once, twice or even a few times that it is then a lifelong commitment. (as good as that would be for your well-being ;) ) I would rather you just didn't re-book rather than cancel at a later date etc
On my book now button it asks you to chose a particular therapy, if you wish book via this method but unsure of which treatment, just pick one for the appropriate time you want and in the notes just say a few words to that effect.
Looking to book at short notice i.e. today? Give me a call or send me a message... I may have a gap or cancellation that doesn't show on the system.
My online booking system only shows certain times as I block out the more popular times for my regulars, but these aren't always filled, so, if there is a certain time or date that you require and it's not showing as available do please text or email me and I'll see if I can squeeze you in.
